The company was founded in 1955 by Serafino Bastianelli as a pig breeding and then in 1988 built the first factory for processing pork (satisfactions according to CEE - IT 92492 L CE -).
The cellars in which the pigs age are the same for about a century because the tradition of salumeria has always been an integral part of the family.
